The third level from the top of the Future City Model can be seen as a college although it remains, like the rest of the city, conceptual. For instance the roofs of the buildings hold between their layers slides, pictures of something with educational value. Therefore the spectators of the model have a lot of details to look at. 

The design and the making of the college building was a project in itself. It is made of clear acrylic, laser cut and after being build sprayed.
